22-3105. Witnesses attending an inquisition in response to a subpoena shall be allowed the same fees as are allowed witnesses in criminal cases in the district court; such fees are to be paid by the county in which the inquisition is held upon a certificate of attendance signed by the judge before whom the witness has appeared. |
