Senator Alley moved, Senator Fagg seconded, adoption of the balloon amendment. Motion carried.
Senator Alley moved, Senator Fagg seconded, to remove the contents of HB 2567 and to insert the contents of SB 341. Motion carried.
Senator Alley moved, Senator McGinn seconded, to recommend Senate Substitute for HB 2567 favorably for passage. Motion carried.
