Chairperson Longbine opened the hearing on SB399.
Eileen Ma, Assistant Revisor, Kansas Revisor of Statutes Office, (ROS), presented the Revisor's Memorandum brief on the bill. (Attachment 3)
Oral Proponent Testimony:
Kendra Wyatt, BSIE, Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder, New Birth Company, Overland Park, Kansas presented testimony supporting SB399 and answered questions from Senators Pittman, Fagg, and Gossage. (Attachment 4)
Chairperson Longbine called attention to the written-only proponent testimony of:

The Chairperson recognized Senator Kloos for a point of personal privilege. He introduced Carla, from Topeka, and Noah from Faith Temple, his guests as Senate Pages today.
