Chair Osterman called for discussion on HB 2147 and recognized Jenna Moyer, Assistant Revisor of Statutes, who briefed the committee on HB 2147. A question and answer period followed.
Representative Jeff Pittman made a motion to favorably pass HB 2147. The motion was seconded by Representative Jim Gartner.
Chair Osterman opened for discussion.
Representative Lonnie Clark made a motion to remove the contents of HB 2147 and insert the language in Substitute for HB 2147. The motion was seconded by Representative Diana Dierks and the motion passed on a voice vote. (Attachment 1)
