Short Title
Increasing the vessel registration fee cap.

The Chairman recognized Chris Tymeson, Chief Legal Counsel for Department of Wildlife, Parks and Tourism.(Attachment1) Mr. Tymeson said SB26 would increase the maximum fee, from $30 to $60, that could be charged by the Secretary of Wildlife, Parks and Tourism for vessel registrations. The Secretary is required to adopt rules and regulations to fix the amount of the vessel registration fee.
There being no other proponents, neutrals or opponents, after questions were answered the Chairman closed the hearing on SB26 and opened the hearing on SB36.
